Real estate is full of agents who sell a few homes a year and call it expertise. Kevin’s résumé reads differently: over a thousand closed transactions since 2008, including years running the #1 Keller Williams team in the United States — 603 transactions in a single year.

Running hundreds of simultaneous transactions builds systems: preparation checklists that squeeze full value from a listing, negotiation patterns learned across a thousand opposing agents, and a contractor network deep enough to fix anything a home inspection can find.
Today Kevin runs a deliberately solo practice with eXp Realty — all of that operational muscle, pointed at one client at a time. No handoffs to junior team members, no assistant answering in his name. He works where he grew up: Loudoun, Fairfax, and the surrounding Northern Virginia counties.
